Local 176 is now the Certified Representatives of Ushers and Ticket Takers at UBS Arena

American Arbitration Association-Department of Elections Certification of Results Service Employees International Union, Local 176 and NY Arena Partners, LLC at the UBS Arena in Elmont, NY Pursuant to a letter of agreement with the Service Employees International Union, Local 176 (hereinafter Local 176), and NY Arena Partners, LLC at the UBS Arena in Elmont, NY, (hereinafter “UBS”) collectively referred to as ‘the Parties”, the American Arbitration Association hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator,” agreed to conduct a Collective Bargaining Representation Vote. The eligibility list and signed cards were provided by the Parties electronically prior to the count. The card check was conducted on Friday, February 18, 2022. The Administrator hereby certifies that the majority criteria needed for UBS employees to designate Local 176 as their Collective Bargaining Representative has been met. _  Director of Elections Date: February 18, 2022
